The gym is a private club where members are always made to feel welcome and we aim to help you along with your training. The gym is a limited membership set up to avoid overcrowding. The former cinema hosts the finest and most up to date fitness equipment. We also have a spa facility with a sauna and hot tub to relax in after your training. Just a heads-up that our opening hours will look a little different over the Bank Holiday weekend and into next week due to staff holidays.
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:30pm 🔒
Sunday: 9:00am – 3:30pm 🔒
Bank Holiday Monday: 5:30am – 8:30pm 🔒
Tuesday: 5:30am – 8:30pm 🔒
Wednesday: Normal opening hours
Thursday: Normal opening hours – 🔒 fob access active until 3pm
Friday: Normal opening hours
🔒 Fob access will be active throughout Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. No member of staff will be here during these times. If you need anything please message.
