After a busy festive season, it’s time for our team to celebrate all of their hard work at our Christmas Staff Party this evening, so the venue, including the gym and Monty's, will be closing at 6pm.
Thank you for your understanding, we will reopen tomorrow morning as usual.

Heads up due to our Fireworks event this Sunday, the gym will be closed.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will reopen on Monday as usual.
At just £14 per month... Metropolitan Gym is the lowest cost gym in the local area... small but perfectly formed :)

Our New Peleton Spinning Bike is now almost ready to go… we’re just awaiting the new pedals!! They won’t be long 😜

There are temporary pedals on the bike for now. It’s just tricky to get your toes in!
