We have a couple of spaces come up on our Progress or Intermediate classes on Tuesday evenings at Springwood Community centre.
For dogs of any age who have done some basic training and want to have some fun, or need to improve on the basics.
If you trained with us before and might like to come back, or done a bit somewhere else but fancy giving us a go, do get in touch.

If you have ever wondered what Rally is about or what to try a bit of KC to see how it compares with Talking Dog Rally , do get in touch. £12 for one hour introductry session. Further classes available once a month .

A couple of weeks ago Armchair Pets and the Bourne Ralliers were to have a joint mini trial in Emsworth . Unfortunately it was cancelled due to the heat.
Judge Jacky Burden immediately came up with an alternative plan and the trial was spread out over three evenings in the last two weeks.
So congratulations to all who took part and many thanks to Jacky for judging and to Julie who was show secretary and had to reorganisation everyone.

Last test last night before all classes close for a month.
It was Top Dogs turn.
Well done everyone for working on a hot evening. I am looking forward to running classes in cooler weather in September.
There were two test levels running at same time.
L4
Duke 91%
Podrick 87%
Hugo 87%
Piper 73%
Joker 73%

L5
Kayla 88%
Keena 95%
Oscar 96%

Piper' s Mum was on holiday and came with her dog sitter. Jane did extremely well as she doesn't know any of Piper's commands!
She is also Joker's dog sitter and he is besotted with her so we didn't get a lot of sense out of him!
Oscar couldn't make it to class and performed in his garden via videos!
Some others couldn't make it. I'll get you next time!

Thank you everyone who attended the Armchair Pet Talking Dog Rally Trial at Fishbourne today. It was warm but we have had worse and everyone worked hard to keep their dogs cool. Lots of great rounds despite the heat although it was noticeable many dogs were looking a bit tired in their afternoon rounds.
Special thanks for the Judges, standing out in the heat for hours and to Claire and Howard for their usual efficiency as Secretary and Table Steward, and to Jacky Burden for organising venue and Judging too.
A mention for Julia Gill and Orla who left before the photos but scored 197 in Vet Pre2 . A big achievement for Orla who struggles in a Trial situation. One of the things I love about TDR rally is how supportive everyone is for people with dogs with problems and how lovely it is to see so many learn to cope in a challenging environment and achieve good results .
Oh and a mention for Rob and Nellie for a perfect Jump (at last)!

My Lurcher Keena was 12 this weekend and retired from competition with a final Ace and her Veteran L3 Championship. Keena started Rally 10 years ago and has had a brilliant career with many happy memories of her achievements and lots of fun along the way.
Lots of others did really well but I can't remember scores and my Phone was on the blink.
