Golf can ask a lot of the body.

A good swing relies on the body being able to move well, with enough mobility to rotate and enough strength and control to manage that movement.

Here, we’re using the reformer and fitness circle to explore some of these movement patterns, helping the body become stronger and more comfortable through its range of movement.

Pilates won’t teach you how to swing a golf club, but it can help prepare your body for what you ask of it on the course.

Strength in Pilates isn’t always about working harder. Sometimes it’s about finding what you’re not using.

A small change in position can completely change what you feel, waking up connections through the muscles and tissue that you might otherwise miss.

Notice what happens from one side to the other.
Notice where you compensate.
Then let the body learn.

That’s where strength, length and better movement start to come together.
