Culcheth Eagles Open Age

11/09/2026

🦅 ONE HELL OF A SEASON 🖤💛
Culcheth Eagles Rugby League

Combined from when we started in February- up until now.

What started as a brand-new team, thrown together at the start of the season, has turned into something we genuinely couldn’t be more proud of.

We started with a group of lads who were basically strangers minus a few, a few questionable rugby abilities and some very questionable fitness levels 😂
And somehow, we’ve built a solid TEAM.
From day one, they’ve gone from strength to strength. They’ve worked, battled, improved, backed each other and never stopped pushing, even when we were drummed into the floor. As a collective - we got up moved on and carried on as if nothing happened.

There have been some absolute belters along the way.
Wins we celebrated like kids at Christmas,
Losses we definitely blamed on the referee. 👀
Injuries.
Arguments.
Questionable decisions.
Even more questionable tackling.
And some performances that should probably never be spoken about again. 😂
Genuinely couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.
This was only the beginning.
