We are incredibly proud to announce that we are sponsoring James Mc Shane and supporting him with treadmills for an incredible challenge — a 10-hour treadmill run to raise awareness and much-needed funds for men’s mental health, su***de prevention ( PIPS ) and autism awareness through Autism NI❤️
James is taking on this huge challenge for deeply personal reasons. Having lost his brother to su***de and having a daughter with autism, these causes are incredibly close to his heart.
In James’ own words:
“If I can help anyone by doing this run for 10 hours, that’s what it’s all about. But raising awareness is the most important thing because there’s always someone who needs help... There is no finish line.”
We couldn’t be prouder to stand behind James and support him in this challenge. 💪

It’s crazy to look back and see just how much has changed since we started 10 years ago. From the first relaunch, taking down the walls and expanding the gym, to Relaunch 2.0 — new ceilings, all-black equipment, our hex lights — and now our brand-new functional training area. 🖤💪
It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has been part of it along the way.
