Due to the exceptionally high temperatures forecast for today, we have made the decision to cancel all classes tonight

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our students, instructors, and families must always come first. Training in extreme heat significantly increases the risk of dehydration, heat exhaustion, and other heat-related illnesses, particularly during physical activity.

While we understand this may be disappointing, we believe this is the most responsible course of action to ensure everyone's safety.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to training as soon as conditions are safe to do so.
