Have you seen the new parkrun milestone tops? 😍

Ready to earn yourself another parkrun credit? Well for us to help you achieve that goal, we need a little help to enable our parkrun to take place safely.

Did you know you can get another credit by Tail Walking and you'd get a volunteer credit too 🤔😀

This week we're on the lookout for:

1 x Timekeeper 🕰️ ⌚
4 x Marshals 🦺 🦺 🦺 🦺
2 x barcode scanners 🎫 🎫
1 x Photographer 📸
1 x Tail Walker 🚶
1 x British Sign Language interpreter

💜 Natalie is taking part in Crohn’s & Colitis UK’s Run60 challenge, which involves running 60 miles throughout September! Huge congratulations on your challenge! Please support, clap and cheer for Natalie as she continues with her amazing efforts!

It's a Goldilocks morning here at Grove Fields. It's not too hot, it's not cold, there's a gentle breeze. The course is set and we're ready to go. Well, not ready as we don't start until 9am but you know what we mean 😂

We'll see you soon and remember, the Guides are here with refreshments and bacon butties 🥓😍😀 So bring your pennies.

You don't need to be called Edward, Harold, William,Robert, Ælfgifu, Stigand, Edith, Halley, Archer, Conan, or Turold to take part in parkrun! We welcome anyone and everyone and we can’t wait to see you tomorrow!

⏱️Timings (as usual):
🌱 First timers welcome 08:50
👂 Main Briefing 08:57
⏱️ parkrun start 09:00
🌍 Tourists - let us know where you're joining us from and we'll keep an eye out for you in the morning. Also don't forget to sign our tourist board with your name and where you've come from.
👩‍👦 Under 11s are welcome but must run within arm's length of their adult.
🐶 Dogs are also welcome with a maximum of 1 dog per parkrunner or parkwalker (or volunteer!), on a short, non-extendable, hand-held lead only.
🚗 Parking at both Fitzwaryn School and Crown Packaging will be available.
🍼 We are a buggy friendly course although it's bumpy in places.
🥓 The guides are there providing refreshments - so don’t forget your pennies.
