I used to firmly believe that more was better. More sessions, more running, more exercises.

I learnt the hard way that actually, more is most definitely not optimal. And 2-3 quality sessions, no more than 50 mins each, is actually plenty for results 😊

🥭 Recipe ⬇️

1 cup frozen mango
1 cup spinach
1 to 2 cups almond milk (depending on thickness preference)
1 tablespoon almond butter (or three if you’re like me lol)
1 scoop vanilla whey

Blend, devour

~300 kcal, ~30g protein (depending on brands etc)

Before any client starts with me, I run a check on what they’re currently doing. And it’s astonishing how LITTLE women are trying to eat. Thinking they need to eat 800 or 1000 calories to lose any weight.

When, actually, they’re just stuck in a loop of crash diet… regain… crash diet… regain.

Finding a realistic (often higher than you think) calorie target is one of the first places to start.

Then of course.. behaviour change, habits, mindset, exercise, stress, sleep, routine etc. Which is where I come in 😊
