11 British judoka are ready for the Ecole Mont-Olivet Lausanne Grand Slam 2026 this weekend, as they head to Switzerland in search of medals and valuable Olympic qualification ranking points π¬π§

A historic day for adaptive judo awaits tomorrow, as 25 GB adaptive judoka take to the tatami at the Ecole Mont-Olivet Adapted Grand Slam Lausanne 2026 π¬π§π
The event marks a landmark moment for the sport as the first IJF World Tour event to host adaptive athletes, giving them the opportunity to compete alongside some of judo's biggest names on one of the sport's biggest stages π€©

The 2026 British Judo Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 28 November 2026 at 4:00pm at the University of Wolverhamptonβs Walsall Campus. π₯
Affiliated Member Clubs wishing to submit resolutions must do so by close of business on Wednesday 16 September 2026.

Weβre proud to announce the seven-strong squad selected to represent Great Britain at the 2026 IBSA Judo World Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia, next month π¬π§π
Our VI team produced incredible performances earlier this month at the European Championships in Heidelberg, and they'll be looking to carry that momentum into Tbilisi.
A huge congratulations as well to Lisa Rivers, who has been selected to referee at the World Championships π

Idris Khan took silver in the Elite -81kg category at the European Judo Championships of Uniformed Services, representing Great Britain and the 75 Engineer Regiment π₯π¬π§
The championships also provided the perfect opportunity for Idris to prepare for the inaugural Lausanne Adapted Grand Slam this weekend β the first event of its kind to see adaptive judoka compete alongside IJF World Tour athletes on one of the sport's biggest stages. Idris has been selected as part of a 25-strong British squad heading to Switzerland π€©
