7pm Beginners style

Hi everyone 😁 So have some new community classes coming back to Cheslyn Hay!
I am teaming up with friend and fellow yoga teacher Kate Grub yoga to run a variety of classes out of Cheslyn Hay WMC.
The plan is to run this month by month so keep an eye on the pages for the monthly timetable.

Such a lovely class tonight! Thank you to the students for their hard work, dedication and openness to their practise. I truly am very lucky to be able to teach such wonderful people who give it their all, no matter what we try 🙏🏻 There is no Monday night yoga next week due to Bank Holiday, but we will be back as usual on 25th April. Already looking forward to it. ♥️

Good morning, wishing everyone a lovely week end enjoying good weather and some time to chill out, whatever you are up to. I personally have football duties and Mothers Day to enjoy, so looking forward to that.

Here is my timetable for classes this week. I have a new class added which will be a Hatha based class leaving you rebalanced and revived. It is suitable for all levels, so beginners are welcome.
