Significant improvements have been carried out to the tune of more than £40,000 at a Walsall fishing pool to encourage more residents to get outdoors.

We would like to thank everyone involved. what a great year it has been!

We have also trickled in a few thousand new smalls thanks to EA check out the quality of these tench!

For safety reasons we have to close the lake for a few days for Fishing and all other usessuch as dog walking, rambling and such. please not this doesnt effect the pathway from the gate and surrounding areas, only the lake pathways and access for now.

we are making great progress with the new pathways and most of the prepwork is done.

please bare with us at this time and stay away from the main lake pathways so we can use the machinery needed for the next stage safely.

we are truly humbled by this and very grateful for the recognition our hard work has received. in the last 2 years this project has led us to a stage we didn't think we would ever reach in 5 years let alone 2!
we take on board every good and bad comment and will do our best to make this a wonderful little hidden gem space for the whole community
