Wyrley Juniors Football Club

Good luck to all our 74 teams starting their season this weekend.

Our thriving Disability Section has 11 teams this season BUT we could create a few more if we have managers and coaches willing to take a group forward.

The club’s ethos has always been to enable any player who wants to play the game, the opportunity to do so.

This will be a regular opportunity to meet at the clubhouse and have a chat over a cup of tea or coffee and cakes/biscuits. It will be free to anyone who wants to attend.

Have you a 3 or 4 year old looking to start playing football?
Have you an aged 7 to 11 boy looking to start playing football or just for fun sessions?

We have our Lion Cubs and Boys Development Centres on Saturday mornings that meet these needs.

A fine successive win for our Men’s First Team today - beating Dudley Sports 5 - 0 at Long Lane.

Well done boys - we are very proud of you!

We are really proud of our Nike bespoke kits - particularly as they are ALL available in women’s sizes too!!

We also remind everyone that three of our 4 away kits - as pictured below - have ribbons detailed within their design to recognise our support of:
* Breast Cancer UK - pink kit
* Autism awareness - blue kit
* Mental Health - green kit.

We are exploring the possibility of a second home kit.

We have room in 2 of our girls teams for girls going into school years 8 and 9.

Where’s the Wyrley scarf been to now?

This time with our U11s Warriors at Welsh Premier League side, Trefelin.

The boys beat their very good academy u11 academy team 4-3, coming back from 3-0 down.
Trefelin were also presented with a club Raspect pennant.
