If you’ve never been to a baby-friendly fitness class before, it’s completely normal to feel a little nervous. You might be wondering if your baby will cry, whether you’ll know anyone, or if you’ll be able to keep up.

But you don’t need to worry about any of that here.
Come as you are. Feed your baby, cuddle them, pause when you need to, or just take a moment to breathe.

There’s no pressure to be perfect, and absolutely no judgement.

We’re all mums, we’ve all had those days, and we’re here to support each other.

So if you’ve been thinking about coming along but haven’t quite found the confidence yet, this is your sign to give it a go.

You’ll be made to feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door. 🫶🏻
