11am after regular class we will start our once per month squad training. Randori and conditioning ahead of west Kirby annual Judo competition on nov 15th.

£5 per head....no pre requisites...just be there to work, sweat and swear if necessary.

🚨 NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT: NO-GI GRAPPLING IS BACK! 🚨

Following an absolute stormer of a No-Gi summer on the mats, we are excited to announce that No-Gi Grappling is officially joining our regular weekly schedule permanently!

Starting the first week of October, we will be running a dedicated session every single Thursday night.

✨ FIRST TIME? TRAIN FOR FREE! ✨

We are offering a FREE trial lesson for anyone looking to try out this brand-new class.

There is absolutely no experience required, no obligation, and no pressure—just come down and give it a go!

Whether you want to sharpen your takedowns, tighten up your submissions, or improve your ground game without the jacket, this class has you covered.

We will be blending high-level concepts and dynamic techniques directly from:
🥋 Judo (Ne-Waza & Takedowns)
🤼‍♂️ Submission Wrestling
🔺 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Everyone! This class is fully open to complete beginners looking to learn the basics, as well as experienced players looking to add more tools to their arsenal.
