We've had 6 weeks off,
And we're ready to go 😈

Our Toughest heroes showed up in force today from 5 years old to 45 years old.

Dad's training with sons 👨‍👦
Mothers training with daughters 👩‍👦

A full group workout to target all abilities starting with a deep warmup and stretch to help those muscles awaken 💪 🦵
Followed with some field laps and interval sprints 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Today was another huge step in the journey of our ELITE HERO TEST ⭐

Some of our young heroes levelled up today and earned their next star through hard work, resilience and determination.

Others fell short this time…

But here’s the truth:

FAILURE is not the opposite of success… it’s part of it.

Nobody earns greatness by staying comfortable.

Every challenge gets harder for a reason. Every star must be earned. That’s what makes it special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What matters most is not how many times you pass. What matters is:
