Its so refreshing to teach Pilates to my many varied clients. I started my journey to train in order to help others as Pilates helped me overcome pain and avoid back surgery.
You have to want to get stronger without extra medication and understand how your body works.
We are not all the same, we are not all made in a factory or mass produced. Therefore I like to coach your mind as well as your body to holistically hell you live a better life within.
Through careful teaching so much can be improved positively and negative impacts reduced.
My clients vary from your average person to those with joint issues, post cancer, post surgery and more and they all integrate perfectly through learning Pilates can improve your health, mobility,flexibility and wellbeing.
Its so much more than an exercise routine.
