FYI there are still places on the summer camp. For a week of summer fun with different themes each day from afraican safaris, surfing in hawaii, camping under the stars, pirate adventures and going for gold with the summer olympics! BarefootKids Mini Me Yoga has arrived! For grownups with little ones from crawling to preschool, our fun and unique classes have been designed to offer you quality bonding time with your little one. Mums, dads. carers, grandparents, all are welcome. We will engage in stories, music, movement, yoga - for you and your little one, fun and games, sensory play, mindfulness, and a little bit of relaxation at the end to unwind followed by a cup of tea/ coffee with a chance to meet others.
All abilities are welcomed, please be sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment. Venue and times coming soon!

Yoga dot poses! The children were given a card with a picture of a yoga pose with written instruction and working in pairs had to recreate the pose!
Look out for our exciting afterschool club for all primary school aged children. We shall be trialling this in the second half of the summer term before launching it in September.

We are very excited to announce the new BarefootGirls Group which will be starting on Friday, June 10th, 2022. This group is for girls in the final year of Primary school who are moving to secondary school in September. We will be covering topics such as confidence, self-esteem, emotions and how to deal with them, relationships within the family, friendships, building resilience, and how to find and use your voice. Each session is an hour-long with a drink and snack included as part of a 6-week course at £10 a session. Spaces are very limited so grab your place now.
