A mash up of run club weeks along with some awesome events our members took part in!

🏃‍♀️Tash & Emily taking on 4ZERO | CLUB Mackyard Ultra, smashing through 9 laps and 61km
🏃‍♂️ A Hoad Hill Harriers 5km test for Phil, Jonny & Lauren
🏃 & an incredible half marathon for Rob & James at The Great North Run

All whilst the rest of us kept the local trails and tarmac warm 😁

If we had the power to, we’d do anything we could to help anyone in need, but hopefully by doing something as small as opening up a few classes it may just help a small community of people 🤍

Thursday 10th - 6:30am, 5pm & 7:15pm
Saturday 12th - 9-10:30am

We opening up the above classes to anyone who wishes to join, there’s no pre requisites to join these classes, you don’t need to have done any exercise before, we’re just moving altogether 🤝

You can message us directly, or message any of the coaches tagged in this post to let us know you’re coming or just turn up 5 minutes before and you’ll be welcomed with a friendly face 🥰

This goes without saying but this is completely free for anyone wanting to join 🫶
