Thank you all for the overwhelming response since booking opened yesterday—it’s going to be a brilliant Season 3 with plenty of familiar names and new faces, which is great to see.

The motor list is a new feature for this year too. Speeds have been creeping up, and our priority is keeping Mini racing accessible, fun, and affordable. Alongside introducing the 30.5T Mini Clubman class, we’ve been independently assessing available motors for performance and value to establish a balanced list for the series. As a small, independent series, we are actively talking with manufacturers and distributors who want to participate to help bring their products in line with our equivalency goals.

We always welcome constructive questions, ideas, and open discussion. However, please remember that we are a private, independent race series—our testing process is entirely separate from BRCA EB homologation procedures. We ask that all interactions across our pages and DM's remain respectful; aggressive or rude comments will not receive a response, as we're focused on keeping our community spaces positive for everyone.

Finally, thank you for all the kind words about the new website and booking system! It’s still a work in progress, but we have great features lined up to make news, race reports, and updates even easier to access.

The official motor homologation list for season 3. A lot of testing has been carried out to try and keep an even playing field with motors.

Any manufacturers wanting to add there motor to our list we would require a motor for testing. It would then need to undergo testing to see if it meets the requirements.

This is a rolling list and the 4 week rule would apply to any new motors

We have been working hard behind the scenes the last few weeks. We have our own booking in system. We have also been testing motors to create a list of brushless motors eligible for mini masters. We will publish the list later. But for now booking in will open at midday Saturday 12th of September. Keep an eye out for the post with the link to our very own booking in system. 🎉

Someone said 40+ and Iam like nah that’s most of the field. So we went with 50. We haven’t got a name yet either well one that’s not to offensive 😆

So there you go a masters class for all you old people😂

Top 3 will get a special prize. You will still race against everyone we will figure the old boy results out at the end of the meet

How about a Mini Masters film 🤔

Five years ago, King of Clubs became a film.

A sunny return to Eastbourne for KOC26 brought back memories of the 2021 season, when filmmaker Peter Hayes and independent sports producer Park the Bus followed the championship and tried to capture RC racing in a completely different way.

The speed. The technology. The rivalry. The volunteers. The tension in the pits and the quiet moments between races.

The finished film showed that RC racing could look cinematic without pretending to be anything other than what it is: a small sport with a surprisingly big story.

This got me looking back at how the documentary came together, the racers at the centre of it and what the production taught us about telling the story of RC racing.

New for season 3 Mini Clubman. We’ve been watching and listening to what you all want. As well as the 25.5 which we will call Mini Sport we’re adding the 30.5 class for season 3 calling it Mini Clubman.

Watch this space as we’re very nearly there with dates and venues. Couple of new tracks this season as well as a couple of special events
