📢 GYM UPDATE

Unfortunately, Rusthall & Tunbridge Wells ABC will be closed this week.

With several of our coaching team away on their summer holidays, and England’s World Cup semi-final taking place on Wednesday evening, we’ve decided to take a short break from training this week.

We’ll be back next week, refreshed and ready to go again!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We hope everyone enjoys the football, has a great week, and we’ll see you all back in the gym very soon. 🥊❤️

With the nation getting behind England in the World Cup tonight, we’ve decided to give everyone the evening off to enjoy the match with family and friends.

There will be no training tonight, and we’ll be back to business on Friday 🥊🥊

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing extreme heat, we’ve made the decision to cancel tonight’s session.

The safety and wellbeing of all our members, coaches and young athletes will always come first. With temperatures still incredibly high, we feel it’s the right decision to give everyone the chance to stay cool and stay safe.

The good news is that the weather looks much cooler next week, and we’re looking forward to getting everyone back in the gym as soon as it’s safe to do so.
