Our new parking arrangements start tomorrow (Wednesday 8 July) 🅿

From tomorrow, customers using the centre will get 3 hours free parking Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm when they register their vehicle's licence plate at our new terminals.

The even better news is that outside of those hours, parking will remain free without the need to register your vehicle.

If you need longer on your car park during those times, you'll be able to pay at the pay and display machines in the car park.

A few important reminders:
- Register your vehicle on every visit between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.
- If you're staying longer than 3 hours during these times, you'll need to top up your parking at the pay and display machine.
- If you leave the centre and return later, you'll need to register your vehicle again if your return visit falls outside your original 3-hour period.

Please remember that this is a Sports Centre car park and is intended for customers using the centre, rather than a public free car park, as it may have been perceived in the past.

These changes, introduced by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, are designed to make it easier for members and centre users to find a parking space.

Car park update 🅿 Tunbridge Wells Borough Council understand that parking has been an issue at the centre for some time and from Wednesday 8th July they will be implementing some changes to make the car park more accessible for our members.

From Wednesday members will get 3 hours free parking Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm when they register their vehicle's licence plate at our new terminals. The even better news is that outside of those hours, parking will remain free without the need to register your vehicle. If you need longer on your car park during those times, you'll be able to pay at the pay and display machines in the car park.

Members can complete return visits to the centre within those times, but will need to re-register their vehicle again if their return visit falls outside of their first three hours. To help prevent misuse of this service the two parking terminals to register your vehicle will be found inside the centre after our access control gates rather than before reception.

This new scheme by the council aims to tackle the high volume of non-members using the car park during those times and will help to ensure that the car park is utilised by the members of the centre first and foremost.

Please note this scheme will start on Wednesday and it's very important members register their vehicle, on every visit, at reception Monday to Friday during 8am and 6pm and adhere to the three hour free period during those times (and top up the car park as required) to avoid any fines.
