Trowbridge Sports Centre offers a huge range of activities to cater for the health and wellbeing needs of the whole community offering memberships and pay & play options. We have a main pool, 1m 3m and 5m diving boards, 5 court main hall, 2 squash courts, workout studio, function rooms, gymnastics and trampoline hall. Today, we recognise and support everyone affected by Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other neurological conditions.
Staying active and socially connected can have a positive impact on wellbeing, which is why we're proud to offer our FREE Walking Football sessions every Monday at Westbury Community Project.

⚽ Open to people living with:
✅ Alzheimer’s disease
✅ Dementia
✅ Parkinson’s
✅ Other neurological conditions

🤝 Carers, family members and supporters are also welcome.

Our friendly and inclusive sessions focus on enjoyment, participation and social connection. No previous football experience is needed.

We currently have a limited number of spaces available for beginner swimmers aged 9 years and over in our Aquateens classes:

📅 Wednesday - 6:30pm (1 space available)
📅 Saturday - 11:15am (1 space available)

💷 Pricing • NO joining fee if you sign up during September (usual family joining fee £25)
• Monthly fee: £33.75
• £25 per month with proof of concession

✨ What's Included? ✔️ Free public swimming while enrolled
✔️ Free moving-up hats, badges and certificates
✔️ Free parent portal access to track progress

Aquateens is a great next step for older beginners, helping to build confidence, improve technique and develop independence in the water 🌊

Looking to help your child progress faster or try something new this October half-term? Our intensive courses are a fantastic way to build confidence, develop skills and have fun!

🏊 Intensive Swimming Lessons

Our intensive swimming lessons are an excellent introduction to regular lessons or, for those already attending weekly lessons, a great opportunity to focus on skills and stroke development to support faster progression.

We're also offering a Breaststroke Technique Clinic, perfect for swimmers in Stages 3, 4 and 5 who would like extra help mastering their breaststroke technique.

4-Day Intensive Swimming Course

🤸 Intensive Trampolining Lessons

Our intensive trampolining courses are an excellent introduction to regular lessons or a great way for children already attending lessons to develop and improve their skills. Our friendly coaches will soon have participants bouncing with confidence!

✅ Suitable from age 5 years
✅ Not suitable for those working above a single front somersault

Participants must wear: socks, long sleeves and legs covered. No hoodies or dangling ties/belts.
