Looking to get back to your mat this September?

Summer can throw our routines out of whack and somehow the weeks seem to just disappear! But with the summer holidays ending (and hopefully no more heatwaves!), we can start to settle back into routine.

Join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, deep relaxation and space to unwind. We’ll begin with a gentle restorative yoga practice before settling into the calming sounds of crystal singing bowls and end with herbal tea and homemade treats.

Leave feeling refreshed, grounded and ready for the week ahead.
