The air has definitely changed the last few weeks; with autumn starting to feel fully established now

How are you prepping for the transition from summer to autumn??

For me, I always like a check in...a kind of spring clean, but an autumn clean to feel fully prepared for the incoming cold, dark and general snuggling in that winter brings

Well I'm a bit excited about this!!! The Still Sisters team are an inspiring group of people; and I love that I can bring some energy to their beautiful trowbridge shop during one of my favourite seasons..... what's more I've been invited to introduce my own special serve ❤️

Halloween Tarot & Cocktail Night is coming to Trowbridge.

And we’re very excited to welcome Emma Day to the distillery for an evening of tarot readings, cocktails and a little Halloween magic.

Emma will be reading the cards throughout the evening, and we’ll be getting into the spirit of things with a special serve inspired by Emma, designed to get us all a little more spiritually in tune. 🔮🍸

Doors open from 6pm

Tickets are just £5 per person, which secures your table for the evening and includes your tarot reading. Drinks are purchased separately from the bar.

Your table is yours for the night, so grab your favourite people, get settled, order a cocktail and make an evening of it.

Spaces with Emma are limited, so booking is essential.

How was everyone's summer?? Mine was wonderful, and busy... but I also made a stand about not working 7 days a week and enjoying family life.
With that said September a new routine is about to kick into flow

We have our usual Friday evening class, held at SASS Circus Space Trowbridge

Yoga sculpt at Lucy McGrath at Marsh Farm Yoga is already fully booked... which I'm ever grateful for

And a brand new class!!! Starting Monday 14th September at 9 30. This one will be all about tuning in to the goddess energy that runs our creative and nurturing instincts. Expect flow and tenderness in equal measure

As well as all that, one of my favourite workshops of the year...Mabon comes back around on 20th September. We will say good bye to this incredible summer we've had with so much gratitude
