Congratulations to all eight teams who battled their way through today’s group phase. Play commences at 10am on Sunday morning with £5,000 being awarded in prize money throughout the day.

💪🏻 Preparations are coming together for the big weekend!

We’re looking forward to hosting 36 teams and 144 players at our club tomorrow for the 2026 Troon Bowling Club Open Fours sponsored by Castle Water, Hamilton Tarmac, Highlander Security Systems, Pro-Turfcare Ltd and Specsavers Irvine.

🍻 For any teams travelling to the Ayrshire coast today, the club’s bar will be open at 3pm where you will be more than welcome to join us.

⚽️ On Saturday will be showing Scotland’s home send off friendly ahead of the FIFA World Cup against Curacao at 1pm, followed by the UEFA Champions League final involving Arsenal and PSG at 5pm.

🤝 Be sure to come along, soak up the friendly atmosphere and be part of a big weekend of sport both on and off the green.

We are pleased to share the draw for the 2026 Troon Bowling Club Open Fours sponsored by Castle Water, Hamilton Tarmac, Highlander Security Systems, Pro-Turfcare Ltd and Specsavers Irvine which takes place on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May.

Sections A, B & C should report for 9am for a 9.30am start, whilst Sections D, E & F should report for 10am for a 10.30am start.

For any teams travelling from afar, the club will be open in the evening on Friday 29th May, and you are more than welcome to have a practice on the green or enjoy a drink in the bar. Please note that we encourage using cash throughout the weekend for both the bar and kitchen.

👕 A final reminder that there is a relaxed dress code for the entire tournament so casual dress is encouraged, the only rule is no football tops are allowed.

💰 Our team have been working hard behind the scenes during the off season, and we are delighted to announce a £1,000 increase in our overall prize pot to £5,000 for this year’s tournament.
