With a degree from Edinburgh Napier University and more than 10 years of experience as a bike mechanic, Kevin brings a wide range of technical knowledge and high-performance experience to the team. His cycling background includes:

- Former UCI Continental rider
- Competed at the highest level of UK racing
- Raced for Plowman Craven and Endura race teams

This unique combination of engineering expertise, elite-level racing and coaching experience makes Kevin a valuable member of the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub team.

Meet Shaun, the Technical Operations Manager at the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub.

With more than 39 years in automotive and motorsport, Shaun has spent much of his career at the sharp end of performance, including senior management roles in the aerodynamic departments of Red Bull Racing and Williams Racing.

He’s been part of four FIA Formula 1 World Championships, working with some of the best engineering teams in the world to push performance, solve problems and find those small gains that make a big difference.

Today, he’s bringing that same high-performance mindset to cycling, applying lessons from F1 to a sport where technology, engineering and marginal gains matter just as much.
