Most people spend Sunday waiting for Monday to be their fresh start.
The problem is, motivation rarely shows up on a schedule.
The people who stay consistent don’t rely on Monday to change everything. They use Sunday to make Monday easier.
They book their sessions. Plan their week. Do the food shop. Prepare their meals. Lay out their gym kit. Remove the small barriers that make it easier to skip a workout when life gets busy.
Because consistency isn’t built on good intentions, it’s built on good preparation.
