🥋 GRADING DAY IS THIS SATURDAY! 🥊

A big weekend of achievement is ahead at the dojo as our students across all programmes take part in their next grading!

This Saturday, we will be welcoming students from:

🥋 Little Ninjas
🥋 SKMA Juniors
🥊 TRK Juniors Kickboxing
🥊 TRK Kickboxing

Grading is a fantastic opportunity for our students to demonstrate the skills, discipline, focus and determination they have developed throughout their training.

We are incredibly proud of every student who has worked hard to prepare for this important milestone. Remember, grading isn't just about earning a new belt or progressing to the next level—it's about personal growth, overcoming challenges and continuing to improve.

To all our students taking part this Saturday: believe in yourselves, give it your best effort, and enjoy the experience!

Good luck, everyone! We can't wait to see you shine. 👊

Having a baby is life-changing in so many ways — and that includes what’s happening inside your body. 💛

In this clip from Sensei’s podcast, we talk about the hormonal changes that can happen after having a baby, how they can affect you physically and emotionally, and why understanding those changes matters.

It’s an important conversation for new mums, partners and anyone supporting them.

There’s a lot of reasons people start training… but what’s the real reason they keep coming back?

In this clip from Sensei’s podcast, Sean and Jazz talk about something that goes far beyond the training itself — the community and the people in the room.

It’s the encouragement when things get tough.
The friendships built through training.
The shared laughs, challenges and achievements.
And knowing that when you walk through those doors, you’re part of something.

🥋 The people make the place.

🎙️ Listen to Sean and Jazz talk about what really keeps our members coming back.

🥋 Learning To Move With Purpose! 💪

Our TRK Juniors have been putting their skills into practice with some focused takedown drills.

Working with a partner gives our students the chance to develop much more than technique. They're learning timing, balance, coordination and body control, while also building trust and respect for the person they're training with.

It's all about learning the movement, practising safely, and improving together.

Great work, TRK Juniors! Keep practising, keep learning, and keep challenging yourselves. 👊🥋

🥋 When Life Gets Busy, Training Can Be The First Thing To Go...

Work, family, commitments, unexpected changes — sometimes life simply gets in the way, and finding time to train can feel impossible.

In this clip from Sensei's podcast, we talk about how to keep training when your priorities shift and life gets busy.

The reality is that you don't always need more time. Sometimes you need to change your approach.

You might not be able to train as often as you once did. You might need to adjust your goals, change your routine, or simply accept that some weeks will look different from others.

The important thing is not giving up completely.

Even a little training is better than none, and staying connected to something you enjoy can make it much easier to get back into your routine when life settles down.

🎙️ Watch the clip and hear Sensei's thoughts on finding balance between training and everything else life throws at you.

Because martial arts isn't just about what happens when you're on the mats — it's about learning how to keep moving forward when life gets challenging too. 👊
