Until you have lived it, you never truly understand the determination it takes to show up for yourself when you are running on fumes.

I mean, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why… for generations we have been conditioned.
Choose the salad,
Endless cardio,
Ultra low calorie diets,
Constantly and relentlessly forced to feel shame.
It’s time we stood tall,
Stood together as one,
Force the narrative to change.
Most importantly… practice kindness.
Stop commenting on other people’s bodies, you have no idea what they may be struggling with.
Teach the next generation that food is to be celebrated and that women can be strong.
Teach them that the way that they look should be the least interesting thing about them.
Teach them not to shrink just because society says so.
Amazing things happen when women realise they deserve more.

Day 3221 of solo parenting the summer holidays whilst running a business
Any other all female households cycle sync too? It’s madness 😅 zero stars, do not recommend.
They’ve done martial arts since they were little… they understand the tap out rule, leave em to it i say 🙃
Anyone else get mad anxiety just before their period or am I weird?
Workout done 🫡 off to fix my patchy tan.
Not ideal to be a 5’11 woman with a patchy tan 🙄🦒
How’s your summer holidays going?
Just to clarify, I do love having my girls off for summer! It’s just today they woke up more like Kevin and Perry 🙃🤣
