Rugbytots Torbay & Mid Devon

participated session includes passing, catching, try scoring, cone kicking and lots of fun games!

3 1/2- 5 years (45 minute class) - The senior Rugbytots class has been developed to build on basic motor skills and to start looking at the more specific skills used in the game of Rugby. We have specifically designed fun games and tasks to teach children to find space, pass the rugby ball backwards, score a 'well worked' try and much much more. We use midi sized rugby balls so the children can get used to the weight and feel of a proper ball. Whilst parent involvement is welcome, it is not essential.

5- 7 years (45 minute class) - The advanced Rugbytots class has been developed with the same 'fun first' approach that is present throughout the entire Rugbytots programme. Driven by popular demand from parents to start a class for this age group we were able to utilise the valuable knowledge and experience of our coaches, many of whom still actively play rugby, to produce a programme capable of further developing children who have enjoyed Rugbytots previously or who wish to simply enjoy a fun, dynamic and action packed class.
