What an unforgettable day for Mylo Needham at The Open at Royal Birkdale! 🏌️⛳

Today he enjoyed his prize for winning the Unleash Your Drive competition last year, and what an incredible experience it has been. Hosted by the Golf Foundation and Nick Dougherty, the day was packed with unforgettable moments, including the chance to meet so many of the world's top golfers and soak up the amazing atmosphere.

A great afternoon for our South Devon League team as we picked up a 6–1 home win against Churston.

Despite some challenging conditions, the team put in a great effort, narrowly losing 4–3.

Ladies & Gentlemen your 2026 Junior Club Champion - Harry Smith! 🏌‍♂️🏆

With 2 fantastic rounds in the 70’s, Harry held steady and demonstrated composure to hold off challenges from defending champ Luca Impey, and last years runner up George Kasparis to win the 2026 Junior Club Champs.

It was a wonderful, testing day with so many achievements. More celebrations and photos coming soon, but for now…

What a performance from our Palairet Team, who secured a fantastic 4–1 victory over Ilfracombe Golf Club at Tiverton Golf Club on Sunday to book their place in Round 4 of the prestigious Palairet Trophy! 👏⛳

A huge thank you must go to our incredible supporters. It was fantastic to see so many Torquay Golf Club members making the journey to cheer the team on. Your encouragement around the course made a real difference and was greatly appreciated by everyone involved.

This was a brilliant squad performance from start to finish, with every player playing their part in another memorable victory.
