The Fit For Sea course at Teignmouth Lido is on its final 3 weeks before we get in the sea.

Do you want to go go further then the shore line, but wont let the sand go beneath you feet, won't put your head in to see the fishes🐟, and certainly keep clear of seaweed and rocks?🪨

This is just the basics of course; you need to consider night swimming, feeding and nutrition, potentially doing a relay, and the big one: getting the slot in the first place! I've heard from a lot of my coached swimmers that places are filling fast already for the 2028 season, so if the EC is on your horizon, it's time to start reaching out to pilots.
