Meet our Member Philippa
Two years ago, our trainer had to meet Philippa in the car park at 4:30am because her anxiety made walking into the gym alone feel impossible.
When Lauren told her she was moving to Winners 2000, Phillipa’s response was, “There’s no chance I’m coming there. It’s full of meatheads.”
Fast forward to today…
She walks into the gym on her own, in the middle of the day, with confidence. She chats to the staff, says hello to other members, and carries herself like she belongs there. Because she does.
The physical progress has been incredible, but this is the transformation Lauren is most proud of. Confidence. Self-belief. Proving that anxiety doesn’t get to make the decisions forever. Fitness isn’t just about changing your body. Sometimes it changes your whole life.
