Just 4.5 miles from Tomintoul, in the heart of the forest, BikeGlenlivet mountain bike centre offers riders great trails and stunning scenery. With a red, blue and Orange free ride trail there’s something for everyone! There is no charge for use of the trails and no booking is necessary. We have bike hire available, pre booking is advisable by calling 07963217793

After you have enjoyed the ride, the cafe will be offering bikers the chance to refuel by the wood burner - nice! Information, toilets and car parking available at the Hub. Car Park: free for one hour, £2 for 2 hours, £4 for a full day. All car park money goes towards trail development and maintenance. BikeGlenlivet has been built by The Crown Estate with grant support from;

• Cairngorms National Park Authority
• The Moray Council

Easy to see why the Golden Eagle spotted today would hang out round the trails 🦅 😍.
Also good to see the saplings round the tower looking so healthy🌲
(Final thought - frustrating that today’s weather forecast was so grim yet the day was mostly sunny! If you weren’t here you missed a good one 😂)

WEEKEND TRAIL UPDATE:
This weekend we have our Dialled In event happening with racing on Sunday. If you’re thinking of coming for a social ride we would recommend coming on Saturday when all trails will be open.
On Sunday the Mini DH will be closed except for racing and the car park and cafe will likely be extremely busy.
Cafe opening times over the weekend are:
Saturday 9am-late with our usual menu plus hot pork rolls and fabulous homemade curry in the evening
Sunday 8am-4pm-ish slightly limited menu but with a BBQ over lunch time
