The aim of Project Goalkeeping is to help upcoming and existing Goalkeepers in Caithness develop their skills... This group is open to 7yr olds and above, Boys or Girls... if you love Goalkeeping and want to give it ago this is the place for you !
Check out the latest reel showing some of the 121 type sessions run recently in Wick and Thurso. The lads have done incredibly well, up against long grass and wild weather conditions but week after week they have shown up and given 100%

This block has focused on footwork and positioning along with handling.
They are all putting in great effort and showing improvements week after week!

We’re excited to announce that the new PGK block starts this Thursday. There are still a few slots available in both the 5pm–6pm and 6pm–7pm classes. If you’re interested, please get in touch soon.
PGK Updates & Exciting News:
• One-to-One Coaching:
Starting in February, I’ll be offering individual coaching sessions. Each session will last one hour and run over a four-week block. During these sessions, I’ll assess each goalkeeper’s current abilities, identify areas for improvement, and create a tailored development plan to help them progress.
• Small Group Sessions:
I can also run focused group sessions for up to three goalkeepers. These smaller groups allow for more targeted drills and personalized coaching, helping build confidence and work on specific skills.
If you’d like more information about any of these opportunities, please reach out.
• Personal Development:
I’ve enrolled to complete my UEFA C Licence for youth and adult coaching this year. My goal is to continue developing my skills so I can better support and inspire others.
• Adult GK Coaching:
This year, I’m also looking to expand into adult goalkeeper coaching. So watch this space.....
2025 was a fantastic year for PGK, and I’m thrilled with the progress our goalkeepers have made. Thank you to everyone who has supported PGK so far—I look forward to even more success in 2026!

Less than a week to go before PGK kicks off again for its 2nd block!!!! Me and the team have been plotting and planning the next sessions hoping to improve on what we have done before.
Also some news to share, i have now achieved my 1.3 Goalkeeping coaching award... next stop is my UEFA C Licence for youth and adult which i hope to complete in 2026, followed by the UEFA B Licence for Goalkeeping. Just like the group i coach, i believe you should never stop learning and improving.
Cant wait to get going again, i will ensure there are plenty more moments shared of the group and how they are performing!

First block completed for PGK, its been an amazing 6 weeks, the group have progressed so much in such a short time, im really looking forward to getting back to it after the October Break....
I currently have 4 spaces available, for the next 6 week block starting 30th of October.
