Absolutely buzzing!!! 💥

I tried something completely new today and LOVED it!!

My first ever Muay Thai session with the amazing Nick

We started with the basics today, which was exactly what I need currently.

I was slightly apprehensive going in as a nearly 61 year old who has no idea what she’s doing 😝, but Nick put me at ease right away. His teaching skills, patience & encouragement are second to none

I cannot wait to go back for my next session now! 😀🙌🏻
