Due to demand we’re adding a new class every Monday starting on the 5th of October. And starting next Monday (14th) our 8am class is changing to reformer and strength! 🗓️💪

We’re so excited to share that we’re collaborating with After the Rain Skin and Wellness to bring you a very special evening of movement, relaxation and wellbeing.

On Friday 4th September, we’ll be coming together for a Reformer Pilates taster session, followed by an After the Rain taster treatment — a wonderful opportunity to move, unwind and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.
