12.30pm August 30th, bank holiday Sunday, brings the next installment of the Billy Allan Trophy, our annual charity match we play vs Earlestown Cricket Club to raise money for Motor Neuron Disease MND Association. A number of ex players and family members have lost their lives to this cruel disease, so we do what we can, to fight on where they cannot, we must find a cure.

Bar open from 12, please come down and support the day if you are able, raffle and tombola prizes would be gratefully received, either before or on the day.

There will be plenty going on for all the family, come enjoy some local cricket, enjoy the last summer bank holiday and support a great cause.

The Bat Whisperer wishes to report that due to some challenges with electrical equipment in the workshop (workshop.... It's a shed), there have been some delays in turning bats around. Apologies. Kit now replaced, back up and running. Backlog being worked upon 🏏
