⚽ HEADSPACE FC IS COMING TO SOWERBY SPORTS VILLAGE ⚽

We're proud to be working in partnership with Headspace FC and the North Riding County FA to bring men's mental health football sessions to Sowerby Sports Village.

These sessions provide a welcoming, supportive environment where men can enjoy football, improve their wellbeing, build confidence and connect with others in the local community.

The first block of 8 sessions is available to book through ClubSpark, and we look forward to welcoming new and returning participants.

Retired granddad Alan joined our Healthy You scheme in April last year.

Since then, he has embarked on an incredible fitness journey – losing more than five stone.

We offer Healthy You services across our whole Active North Yorkshire area.

The free scheme can help you to make sustainable, positive changes through enjoyable physical activity, behaviour-change skills and personalised wellbeing support.
