I just wanted to clear up one little misconception about our Silent Disco Walks…

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SING.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DANCE.
YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO LISTEN TO THE MUSIC! ❤️

This is a DO-AS-YOU-PLEASE FITNESS WALK.

The whole idea is simple — get outside, get those steps in, get moving and enjoy the safety and company of walking as a group. 🙌

🎧 Want to put the headphones on and just walk to the music? Do it!
💃 Want to have a little dance along the way? Go for it!
🎤 Want to sing at the top of your voice? Absolutely!
🚶‍♀️ Want to simply walk, chat and get your steps in? PERFECT!

There is ZERO pressure to do anything that makes you feel self-conscious or uncomfortable.

You won’t be expected to dance down the street or sing in front of everyone! 😂 The headphones and music are there if YOU want them.

It’s a fitness walk.
It’s fresh air.
It’s getting your steps in.
It’s meeting people.
It’s feeling safer because you’re walking in numbers.
And most importantly… it’s YOUR walk, YOUR way. 🧡

So if you’ve been thinking “I’d love to come, but I’m not sure about the singing and dancing bit…” — COME!

Just walk. ❤️

And if halfway round your favourite song comes on and you suddenly fancy a little sing… well, that’s entirely up to you! 🎶😂

What a busy but fantastic day!!!

The thing I love about HF is the people, I love hearing you moan, love seeing you roll your eyes, love reading your faces, the lovely language that shows me love- it makes my day!

It’s because you all push yourselves to what you can give, I love that everyone supports everyone! HF are a team!! So when I saw this photo it made me think of my HF team, whether it’s low impact, strength or Silent Disco Walking the smiles and laughter can be seen/ heard….

It’s not the workout it’s the people, a bond everyone shares, a group interest, we train for many reasons, we continue with support!!

Hey my lovely lot!!

How are we all… I’m back…

I know I’ve not been anywhere but inside my head I’ve had a lot going on and not been on top of my game!

After passing my assessment this weekend I finally feel a lot of relief, a crazy Friday with train situations, assessment day Saturday in which without friends listening to me stress mrsgreek227 i wouldn’t have got through a massive ❤️ who came with me at the last minute I will be forever grateful ❤️ she slapped me to get the result…

Now my head is back to you guys, sometimes we all need to take time out for whatever reason, maybe not in body but in mind not giving 100% to ourselves, as life is busy, and we sometimes need that friendly PUSH… so here’s that push!!!

Who’s back with me tomorrow?

We start bright and early at 6.30 Powerwave!!! Best way to start a day before anything or anyone else gets in your way, get your head in the right place, strong to take on the day!

Tomorrow timetable:-
06.30 Powerwave
09.00 HIIT
11.00-12.00 Low impact with Brad
18.00 BeastReps
18.30 Boxercise

Tag a friend who’s sitting on the fence, the friend who has all the right intentions but doesn’t feel they have time, doesn’t put themselves first, the friend that needs that push….. time to bring back the strength and power!!!
