Slightly uncomfortable with being singled out Rich just wants to add that from the very start the Tritons has been a team effort. The club would not exist if it weren't for a whole team of volunteers coaches, helpers and ofcourse all the players that bring their energy and enthusiasm to every session.

We had a great first session back after half term.

Starters working on finding space in a game situation.

The rookies focussed on shooting under pressure and running the lanes.

The academy had a chance to showcase their skills as they took on the coaches in a game.

Awesome work all round!

Starters have been working hard re-capping all the skills we’ve covered so far along with introducing the defensive slide.

Rookies have been focussing on push dribbling and fast breaks.

Pick and roll was the focus for our Academy players then using it effectively in a game situation.
