If you are looking to reduce body fat, improve fitness and increase muscle tone, then come and join us ….. towel and water recommended!

If you know anybody new who wants to give it a go they are welcome to come along for a free class. That includes you Zumba’ers who want to try Ab Blaster!
We work very hard with no breaks but please feel free to take breaks and water as required ..... it is a fitness class and we don’t want those heart rates going down too much 😂😂😂💪🤸♂️🏋️♂️
