🤿 Ready to go a little deeper?🤔💭

If you’ve ever found yourself looking at a dive site and thinking, “I wish I could go down there…” then our PADI Deep Diver Speciality could be just the ticket!

Starting Monday 5th October, this course is all about building your confidence and skills for deeper recreational diving, taking you beyond the usual limits and opening up a whole new world of dive sites and experiences. 🌊

You’ll learn how to plan and manage deeper dives, get hands-on with some useful techniques and equipment, and understand how your body responds as you head further down. Most importantly, you’ll come away with more experience and confidence when it comes to diving deeper — rather than just crossing your fingers and hoping everything goes according to plan! 😉

Whether you’ve got your eye on deeper wrecks, want to explore new sites, or simply fancy pushing your diving a little further, the Deep Diver course is a great way to do it properly and safely.

Yes… the picture of the Anne resuscitation dolls lined up is slighty creepy and they might look like they’re about to haunt your dreams, but they’re actually very handy training partners!😳😂

Hopefully you’ll never need to, but if you do, knowing what to do could make a massive difference. That’s why our Emergency First Responder (EFR) and Emergency Oxygen Provider courses are so important. ❤️

Whether you’re a diver, a non-diver, a parent, a sports enthusiast, work in an environment where first aid skills could be useful, or simply want to be better prepared, these courses give you the skills and confidence to respond when things don’t quite go according to plan.

You can take either course on its own, or bundle them together and get a really useful combination of first aid, CPR and emergency oxygen skills. 💪

🚣‍♀️🌊 HUGE congratulations to our dive centre rowing team! 🌊🚣‍♂️

Yesterday, our mad bunch of divers swapped fins for oars and took on the Great River Race in London — a gruelling 21.6-mile (34.8km) row along the River Thames, from Millwall to Ham, alongside hundreds of crews from around the world.

And they only went and bloody finished it - in great time too! 🎉👏

We couldn’t be prouder of the whole crew. What an incredible achievement and a brilliant reminder that divers can apparently do things on top of the water too! 😉

Massive congratulations, team — you’ve earned it! 🥂

🤿 Open Water qualified and wondering… what’s next?

Well, you could stay happily bobbing around at 18m… OR you could level up and discover just how much more there is to diving! 😎

Our PADI Advanced Open Water course is your passport to bigger adventures, deeper dives and loads more confidence underwater. It’s not really about being “advanced”. It’s about gaining experience, trying new types of diving and becoming a more capable, confident diver along the way.

You’ll complete five adventure dives, including Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation, plus three more dives chosen from a range of exciting options. Fancy exploring a wreck? Getting better with your buoyancy? Trying a night dive? There’s plenty to get stuck into.

And the best bit? It opens up a whole new world of diving. You can reach greater depths, explore different environments and start saying yes to dive trips and sites that were previously off the menu. 🌊🐠

What a way to spend a Wednesday evening!

Last night’s dive at Hope Cove was nothing short of AMAZING, with a very special bunch of underwater locals coming out to play 😍

We had an absolute blast watching them whizzing around us, showing off their underwater acrobatics and generally reminding us why diving our own coastline can be pretty spectacular.

Who needs Lundy? 😉

Got a budding adventurer aged 8 or over who would much rather be underwater than above it?😎

Our PADI Seal Team is all about introducing youngsters to the underwater world in a safe, fun and exciting way. They’ll learn real scuba skills, get to explore underwater, try out different aquatic adventures and earn their very own PADI Seal Team certificate along the way.

And the best bit? It's an underwater adventure! 🐠💦 There’s plenty to learn, loads to discover and, of course, a fair bit of splashing about involved. Who needs Fortnite when you can breathe underwater?!

Our next PADI Seal Team starts Sunday 27th of September, so if you’ve got a future scubastar at home, come and get them signed up!
