Well done to Alicia and Jessica representing Blue flames ABC 🔥 at the Barum box cup in ilfracombe this weekend.
Both girls boxed well followed instructions and Alicia came away with 🥇 and Jessica 🥈.

Lukas is this Augusts boxer of the month, his confidence has grown tremendously since he started, and on top of that he gives it his all every session which has been noticed by us coaches, he has now started sparring to further develop his skills.
