Complex, and beautiful. From raw Merino bale to finished PureFleece® fabric takes about 10 weeks - washed, carded, spun, then woven on Rapier looms at one of the world's finest mills, in Yorkshire. This is about as far as you can get from recycled polyester extruded from discarded plastic bottles.
Each of our PureFleece® colours comes from four separate coloured Merino yarns, with up to eleven shades in every one. No other fleece comes close for depth.
