SELF-DEFENCE & PERSONAL PROTECTION COURSE

Our next Self-Defence & Personal Protection (SDPP) course is just over a week away — and we only have a handful of places remaining!

📅 Tuesday 29 September
⏰ 7:00pm – 9:00pm
📍 Riddlesdown School
💷 £15 per person
👤 Open to everyone aged 14+ — male or female.

This is a practical, hands-on course designed to help you:

✅ Improve your personal awareness
✅ Develop effective avoidance and prevention skills
✅ Learn simple, practical techniques you can take away and use

No martial arts experience is required. An SDPP course isn't a traditional martial arts class, so it's suitable for all fitness levels and complete beginners.

If you'd like to improve your confidence, awareness and ability to deal with potentially difficult situations, this is a great opportunity to learn some practical skills in a friendly environment.
