ELEMENTAL SUMMER SOLSTICE RETREAT 2027
In Triginos, Eryri National Park, North Wales

Gemma and I are bursting with excitement to invite you to our curated summer solstice retreat. Imagine two days where all you need to do is show up, breathe and let us do the rest.

Day 1: we are diving straight outside into nature. Think guided hike, stand up paddle board and wild swimming! Not a big fan of wild swimming, then relax lakeside and have a little splash- no problem
Day 2: we shift into soul care! A day filled with yoga and mediation, gong bath, seasonal craft activity, closing circle

What else is included?
All your meals and drinks and snacks, accommodation and a goody bag filled with lots of gorgeous Welsh gifts

Isle of Harris- Outer hebrides

A beautiful journey down the Harris mountain road took us to Huisinis Beach where there is a lovely 8km mountain loop. A lot of the beaches have little community run cafes and facilities and free parking
We then travelled to the Isle of Scalpay along the windy roads that meandered through the tiny little islands and we saw no other people. Apparently with the cancellation of many of the ferries the islands had started to hatch down for the winter months.
Our campsite was literally on the beach and was so blustery and wet we pan fried some fresh Scallops, got monopoly deal out and spent the evening playing cards.
Next day the sun shone and we travelled the whole of south harris taking in Luskentrye beach, the golden road, Nisabost and Seilbost beach. Definitely worth a day trip but the beaches were so windy Indi couldn’t walk on them as her eyes were filling up with sand 🙈!

We’ve loved our time on the two islands and being in the camper. It’s felt like a good reset, taking some time out in nature and we are grateful for the time we’ve been able to spend here.

I like sharing our little itineraries of our trips with everyone incase anyone has fancied a similar trip and can take any tips and hints from us ❤️

Our Outer Hebrides trip started with our ferry journey from Ullapool to Stornaway, was a fab little trip and indi first time on a ferry. Most of you know indi is our world and so we wanted her to be part of this holiday and we knew how much she enjoyed zoomies on the beach so this seemed like the perfect destination 🐶
We headed straight for Garry Beach and Traigh Mhor! Absolutely idyllic.. you could easily mistaken these beaches for somewhere like Thailand.
Vast open sands, turquoise water and literally no body there. From here we went to see Dun Carloway Broch, a huge roundhouse that dates back to the 1st century.

Next day we headed to Callanish stones which was so interesting! Dating back to 5000 years ago they have been used for ritual, religious and community gatherings aswell an astronomical observatory. It was super cool and especially as we visited on the autumn equinox. Then we headed to B***a Beach, our favourite one. Again so quiet and bonus there was an old Iron Age house to look at.

Our campsite was at Reef beach, 🏖️, again another beach where you could believe you were abroad. 😂until the weather change to gail force winds and rain. We had booked a beach sauna and enjoyed hot and cold contrast therapy ( as well as a sand blasting as we ran from the sauna to the beach)
Next day we were blessed with sunshine again and we headed to Mangersta stacks and Uig Beach. Would recommend both for the wow factor

🍂✨AUTUMN EQUINOX SOUND BATH ✨🍂

Cosy dark evenings lend themselves perfect to sound baths at Peckforton Village Hall. Last night’s sound bath was gorgeous, balancing and calming.

I love delivering these sound baths and watching people simply drift, into their own meditative state.

After our sound bath we always enjoy homemade chocolates and a herbal tea, and last nights felt so special. Our group spent a while discussing quite deep conversations with each other about visions, thoughts, feelings and it was so lovely to hear people opening up to each other, with not pressure to but because they felt safe and nurtured and that they could say what was on their mind, and where no judgement was formed! It was such a special thing to watch unfold. Thank you everyone for your energy 🍂✨🙏

We don’t always feel like putting ourselves out there on socials! Sometimes we feel able to find the words and sometimes we dont. I most definitely felt the struggle today with my um and ahs but that’s me and as long as we show up each day accepting of ourselves and each other I feel that’s such an important thing.

Anyway… this weather… the beautiful autumn 🍂

I’ve moved the monthly sound baths this month to this Thursday as we are away!

I would love to see you all and to share this sound experience with you

So if you’re feeling the ums and ahs and not quite where you want to be this week, maybe the sound bath may help? It could be the rest, the reset and the rejuvenate needed just before we enter the autumn equinox 🍂✨

🍂✨☔️Grounding and Sacred Sound Workshop at Mount Pleasant Gardens ☔️✨🍂

Thank YOU to everyone that came along and braved the elements this morning for the last outdoor workshop this year!
We experienced the rain, the breeze and then finally the sunshine appeared, warming us as we settled into our sound bath!

It’s been a joy to hold the various spaces in the gardens this year. Seeing the seasonal changes reflecting in the growth within the garden! I think autumn is my favourite month, how about you?
During the workshop we delved into garden design, the nervous system, and how through careful mapping we can create our own gardens for healing no matter how big or small, into our own Paradise, our own heaven!

We created our own altar with crystals, candles, sage and foraged for other goods from the garden!

I hope everyone’s cup is now full of love, gratitude and I know mine most definitely is from your beautiful kindness and patience with the weather

EVENT INFORMATION FOR BRIGANTIS PERFORMANCE THIS FRIDAY

Our team and Brigantis are very much looking forward to seeing all those that are booked in for the live kirtan evening performance at Delamere Station House this Friday.
We wanted to share with you some information to make the evening as enjoyable as possible

Arrive to Delamere Station House, Delamere, CW8 2HZ anytime from 6.30pm
there will be cakes and drinks to purchase all evening.
Our team will be checking tickets on arrival, please have your tickets available.

This event has sold out however we can accept up to 10 people on the evening for any late bookings/walk-ins. These will be available on a first come first served basis.

The chance of rain is 30% so we are really hoping this event can take place outside. We ask that you bring camping chairs, brollies and a waterproof coat just in case.

If the risk of heavy rain increases we may make a last minute decision to take the event inside, but for now we have everything crossed for sunshine ☀️

Brigantis will begin their performance at 7pm. You are invited to listen, to dance, to sing, to lie down, whatever your heart desires.

We expect the performance to close around 9pm and the café will close by 9.30pm

The theme this month is Saying Farewell to Summer and Welcome in the Autumn Season

I love Autumn. It’s always been my favourite season. Crisp, fresh mornings, the earthy smell as rain falls, the colours of the leaves as they complete their cycle.

Conkers, pumpkins, chestnuts 🌰, Forest walks and this year we will be so grateful for the rain ☔️, nuturing our trees?

Each month I hold space for 2 sound baths
4-5pm a restorative sound bath bringing in some gentle movement to release tension and gentle sounds and vibrations to restore and reset our bodies.
8.30-9.45pm a immersive sound bath experience where all you need to do is relax and let the instruments work their magic
