AWAKEN & UNWIND

Helensburgh, are you ready for this?

Come and join us for Awaken & Unwind.

No previous experience needed, come as you are, and give yourself this special 90 minute sound journey and meditation experience.

We will begin with gentle activations to help wake up the body and bring you into the present. Next, you will be guided through a calming sound journey and meditation, with headphones to help you fully settle and switch off from the outside world. You will be able to just breathe, relax, and be supported the whole way through.

Afterwards, you will move into guided journalling with friendly prompts to help you reflect, release, and find a little more clarity and ease.

We will finish with herbal tea and a quiet moment of reflection, so you can leave feeling calm, grounded, and lighter.
