THE NORTHERN IRELAND YOUTH CUP

The Northern Ireland Darts Organisation (NIDO) will host its first Youth Major of the season at the Ballymore Inn, Tandragee, on Saturday 3 October.

Entry is via Darts Atlas. Registration on the day will be from 11:00am to 12:30pm, with play commencing at 1:00pm.

Please note:
All players must be NIDO registered.
All NIDO rules will apply.
The dress code must be adhered to.
The format of the competition and prize fund will be decided on the day, based on entry numbers.

Online entry closes at 2:00pm on Friday 2 October.

Thanks to the significant growth in youth participation over the past two seasons, our Men's, Ladies', and Youth sections are all in a very strong and healthy position.

With the upcoming international events, the return of the Northern Ireland Open in February 2027, and the revival of international friendlies, there is a real sense of momentum and excitement surrounding the organisation.

The future is bright, and we look forward to continuing the growth and success of darts across Northern Ireland.

N.I.D.O AGM 2026

Yesterday the Nido held its Agm and now we are ready for our new season. After a welcome from our chairman and with 16 Mens teams and 3 ladies teams we got all business, fixtures and season calender rolled out. A big welcome to Area 10 (Cookstown) Area 15 ( Masa Newtownabby) and Area 9 ladies (Armagh).
Our season Opening county match is 12th September and with our 4 majors over the season its sure to be a competitive one.

With alot of work going on in the background to enhance darts in Northern Ireland and the build up of our Mens , Ladies and Youth setups plus the return of the Northern Ireland Open in February the future is bright for darts in NI.

Massive well done to our Boys & Girls youth teams in the Europe cup in Limerick. The teams come home with 2 bronze medals with Christian Ennis and Leo Jamieson getting to the semi-final of the pairs and Christian getting to the semi-final of the singles well done 👏🏻

Both teams played really well with the boys finishing 5th overall and the girls 14th overall and with the more experience under their belt they will be a force to reckon with in the very near future.

From all at the Nido a big well done to the teams and management you done us all proud.
